Coming soon to Google Play See how it helps

🔒 Private by design: everything stays on your phone. Not even we can see your finances.

Everything you need to stay on track

A money coach in your pocket: where you stand, what to do next and how far you've come - whether you're just starting out, doing well or catching up.

Step 1

See where your money goes

Import your bank statement, scan a receipt or add an expense in seconds. Every dollar lands in the right category, in TT$.

Step 2

Plan every month

Know what's left after bills before the month starts. Payday and bill reminders keep you a step ahead.

Step 3

Handle the tight months

Every budget has them. If a month comes up short or debt is costing too much, the app shows a plan and your next step - no judgement, just your numbers.

Step 4

Build a better you

Grow an emergency fund, reach savings goals and watch your net worth rise - with a monthly review to keep you going.

Your money is your business

Back On Track was built privacy-first. Your statements, receipts and financial data are never sent to us or anyone else - not even the people who make the app can see them.

Stays on your phone

Everything is kept in an encrypted database on your device. Statements and receipts are read on your phone, never uploaded.

No account, no ads

No sign-up, no email, no advertising. We never ask for your name, address, ID numbers or online banking login.

Only you can open it

Unlock with your fingerprint, face or phone PIN. The app locks again when you step away.

Backups you control

Make a password-protected backup whenever you like and save it wherever you choose.

The tools in your toolbox

Simple tools that work together to help you budget wisely - not an accounting system.

Your monthly plan

Pay coming in, bills still due and what you've spent - so you always know what's left for the rest of the month.

Know what you can spend

Bank accounts, cash and credit cards with overdraft and credit limits. See your balance after a purchase before you save it.

Never miss a bill

Reminders before bills are due and on payday (amounts never show on your lock screen). Watch debt balances go down as you pay.

Advice that uses your numbers

A clear next step - emergency fund, expensive debt, retirement, savings - and a plan if a month is tight, all worked out on your phone.

A monthly review

On the 1st, see how last month went, what changed and your next step - about two minutes, if you want the reminder.

Savings and net worth

Track savings, credit unions, unit trusts and pensions, set goals, and see what you own minus what you owe grow over time.

Bank statement import

Republic Bank, First Citizens, RBC Royal Bank and JMMB Bank PDF statements - accounts and credit cards, TT$ and US$ - plus any bank's CSV download.

Receipt scanning

Snap a till receipt and the shop, total and date are filled in for you. Keep the photo with the expense if you like - encrypted, on your phone.

TT$ first, US$ ready

Everything totals in TT$, with US$ subscriptions, cards and savings converted at the rate you set.

A phone photographing a till receipt

Paid cash? Snap the receipt.

Point your camera at a till receipt and the shop, total and date are filled in, with the category the app knows for that shop. It is read on your phone, and the photo is only kept if you choose to.

Tool spotlight

Let your bank statement do the typing

Keeping track is the hardest part of any budget. Import the statement you already get each month and your spending, pay and bills are filled in for you - Republic Bank, First Citizens, RBC Royal Bank and JMMB Bank today, with more banks on the way.

1

Download your statement

Save the PDF statement from your online banking - the same one you already get every month.

2

Choose it in the app

Back On Track reads it on your phone. A password-protected PDF? Type the password; it is never saved.

3

Check and import

Every transaction is shown, already sorted, before anything is added. One tap and your month is done.

A bank statement's lines flowing into sorted categories on a phone

Sorted for you

Groceries, eating out, fuel, bills, bank charges - the app knows hundreds of T&T shops and learns from every change you make.

Spots your pay and bills

Your salary and regular bills like your loan or T&TEC are recognised, so you can set them up with a switch. Bills you already have are marked paid.

Knows a transfer from spending

Moving money between your accounts, paying your credit card or taking out cash is not counted as spending twice.

Checked and reversible

The app checks the transactions add up to your statement's balances, skips anything already imported, and lets you undo your last import.

Up and running in minutes

3

Stay on track

Add expenses as you go, scan receipts or import each statement. Follow your plan and your next step, and check in with your monthly review.

Questions

It helps you take charge of your money: see where it goes, plan each month around your pay and bills, pay down debt, build an emergency fund and grow your savings. Personal advice, built from your own numbers, shows the next step. Importing your bank statements and scanning receipts are there to save you typing.

Not at all. It's for anyone who wants to know where their money goes and make it go further - from a first job to saving for a home or retirement. And when life happens and a month comes up short, the help to catch up is already there, privately, on your phone.

No. Your statements, receipts, income, expenses, balances and savings are read and stored only on your phone, encrypted. Your identity and financial information are never shared with anyone - not even with us, the people who make the app. The only optional online feature is shop name suggestions from Google Maps, which is off unless you turn it on.

No - and it doesn't need to. You download your statement from your online banking as usual and choose the file in the app. Back On Track never asks for your banking username or password, and nothing is sent to your bank or to us.

PDF statements from Republic Bank, First Citizens, RBC Royal Bank and JMMB Bank today, including Republic, First Citizens and RBC credit cards (with TT$ and US$). More banks are on the way. Any bank's CSV download can be imported too: the first time, you show the app which column is which.

You check every transaction before it is added and can change any category - the app remembers your choice for next time. If an import still isn't right, you can undo it and everything goes back to how it was.

Make a backup in the app, save it somewhere safe (for example Google Drive or email it to yourself), then restore it on your new phone with your backup password.

Yes. Everything is totalled in TT$, and you can enter or import amounts in US$ - like streaming subscriptions or a US$ credit card balance - converted at the rate you set.
